Job Overview

PDQ Staffing is currently in search of a dedicated individual with prior warehouse and forklift experience for a role as a Machine Wrapper/Palletizer. This position involves working in a dynamic environment where efficiency and attention to detail are paramount.

Compensation:
  • $18 Per Hour
Employment Type:
  • Contract-to-Hire
Work Schedule:
  • Full Time
  • Day Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6am to 2:30pm
  • Potential for Overtime
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate the automatic palletizer and stretch wrap machinery.
  • Wrap pallets, affix labels, and prepare items for shipment.
  • Sort and count products to ensure proper wrapping.
  • Inspect and remove any defective or damaged items.
  • Transport wrapped goods to the designated shipping area.
  • Maintain a high-energy work ethic in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Lift and carry materials weighing between 50-75 lbs.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations and equipment handling is essential.
  • Familiarity with operating Stand-up, Dock Stocker, and Sit-down Forklifts is required.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled setting.
