Key Responsibilities

The Bakery Cake Artist is a dedicated and approachable Team Member who can efficiently operate in a dynamic environment and provide outstanding customer interactions.

The responsibilities of a Bakery Cake Artist include:
  • Applying icing to sheet cakes and decorating using spatulas, icing bags, and tips based on customer requests or personal creativity.
  • Delivering memorable customer service during daily engagements.
  • Preparing food items, including baking bread, decorating cookies, and crafting fresh offerings.
  • Sharing culinary knowledge with customers.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, Food Safety, and Sanitation standards.
  • Overseeing daily production, presentation, and quality assurance of all department offerings.
  • Stocking, rotating, and displaying department products.
  • Performing all other related tasks as assigned.
Physical Demands:

Employees may occasionally encounter the following physical requirements for extended periods:

Standing, Sitting, Lifting & Stocking (up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old. Must be 21 years old for any role involving alcohol service.
