Position Overview

An exceptional opportunity is available for a dedicated nurse practitioner or physician assistant to enhance our expanding transplant nephrology practice. This full-time role focuses on both inpatient and outpatient care, working alongside a team of three transplant nephrologists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care in a collaborative environment.
  • Participate in weekend on-call coverage, with an estimated patient load of 8-10 inpatients on a 1:8 rotation.
  • Work closely with a supportive transplant team, including coordinators and a proficient MA/RN staff.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary ranges from $120,711 to $158,354.
  • Compensation may include incentives based on productivity or quality/service, call pay, and additional shift bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
