- Ensure cleanliness and proper stock rotation of all display cases and shelves.
- Manage the opening and closing procedures of the bakery department.
- Guarantee that all team members receive their scheduled breaks.
- Communicate any team concerns to the team leader and associate team leader.
- Set and uphold exceptional standards of retail execution.
- Encourage a positive atmosphere characterized by teamwork, respect, and high morale.
- Monitor customer traffic and needs, directing team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Capable of standing or walking for 6-8 hours during a work shift.
- Hand use includes single grasping, fine manipulation, and pushing/pulling.
- Work involves bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Exposure to approved cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work in both wet and dry conditions.
- Willingness to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment, including knives and electric pallet jacks.
- May require the use of ladders.
