We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Supply Chain Planning Expert to lead our global supply chain optimization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize service levels, optimize inventory investment and costs, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Team of Analysts: Develop, mentor, and lead a team of analysts to execute weekly/monthly cadences on reporting and processes, and design presentations and messaging of recommendations with supporting data to senior leadership.
  • Supply Chain Analytics: Lead analytical activities within the team, relying on supply chain modeling and best practice methodologies to ensure that the final result sense checks and communication to the audience is clear, concise, and leveled appropriately.
  • Inventory Optimization: Evolve analytics across the technology and methods across portfolio, demand, inventory, capacity, and financial dimensions to identify areas of the supply chain that require attention and estimate potential impact and savings to the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive through complex business problems, including finance, marketing, sales, strategy, product development, and various supply chain functions to develop necessary relationships to ensure continuous sponsorship and enrollment.
  • Global Metric Creation: Launch improved global metric creation with repeatability and consistency across reporting platforms, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with broad leadership and/or small and large teams to drive improved analytics, reporting, and process.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with a network of partners across the globe, aligning on a standardized and governed course of action driving through to successful outcomes, and identify and execute opportunities for end-to-end process improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent required, Supply Chain concentration highly desired.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of Supply Chain Planning experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Broad and deep knowledge and experience on supply chain process fundamentals, metrics, and analytical approaches across portfolio planning, inventory planning, demand planning, manufacturing capacity, logistics, and distribution.
  • Leadership: Inspiring and strong leadership style with a mature executive presence able to capture an audience's attention of all levels, including C-Suite, and bring people on the report, storyline, and/or initiative.
  • Communication: Strong and curious analytical skillset, identifying patterns, exceptions to patterns, and identifying drivers of these outliers, and flexible to manage time across pivots in task prioritization of oneself and the team.
