About Our Team

We have a skilled team of registered nurses and OR technicians who work together to provide top-notch care to our patients. Our state-of-the-art suites are equipped with advanced monitors, technical equipment, and instrumentation. We perform over 600 cases per month and specialize in urology, orthopedics, plastics, ENT, gastroenterology, OB/GYN, podiatry, and pain management.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services provided in the unit, collaborating with other management team members.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
  • Support engagement efforts by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor needs according to patient care requirements and productivity guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (required) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (highly preferred).
  • At least one year of experience in perioperative healthcare (required), with leadership experience (preferred).
  • An active RN license and valid BCLS certification upon employment.
  • ACLS, PALS, and/or other certifications as required for patient care areas and by facility.
