Our company culture is built on core values that prioritize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and teamwork. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of products throughout our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with receiving, packing, and shipping teams to ensure seamless movement of products within the Fulfillment Center.
  • Identify and resolve inventory-related issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
  • Support the maintenance of optimum stock levels by ensuring accurate documentation in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time accuracy in inventory records.
  • Enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices in the warehouse to ensure product quality and freshness for our customers.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure your team understands and adheres to our standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience or comfort with working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
  • Strong verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
