The Learning Experience is committed to delivering exceptional childcare solutions. We seek a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team and lead children in education and play. Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Leadership: Develop a stimulating environment where children can thrive and learn. Collaborate with team members to create engaging lesson plans and activities.

• Curriculum Implementation: Bring our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum to life by adapting it to the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.

• Safety First: Prioritize a safe environment where children can grow and develop. Uphold our commitment to childcare excellence by ensuring the well-being of every child under your care.

• Family Communication: Keep parents updated on their child's progress and milestones using a mix of mobile apps and in-person discussions. Cultivate positive relationships with families and colleagues to foster an environment of learning and play.

• Center Collaboration: Work with our team to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals. Be a team player who supports and encourages others to achieve our vision.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

• Experience: We seek a lead teacher with extended experience in childcare, preferably with a history of classroom leadership roles. A deep-rooted passion for early childhood education is essential.

• State Compliance: Meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including immunizations and required health and safety training.

• Caregiving Skills: Demonstrate proven judgment to identify and address potential risks in a childcare setting. Ensure children are safe and their everyday needs are met. Model good social skills and exhibit high levels of composure, patience, and professionalism at all times.

• Physical Resilience: Demonstrate full range of motion to stand for extended periods, safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, and maintain mental and physical alertness.
