Key Responsibilities:
As the Community Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth business functions.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer & Sales Experience Manager on various initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Contribute to the training and development of a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage resident accounts and utility billing, ensuring accurate records and timely communication.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of annual turnover processes, ensuring all team members are aligned with goals.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in maintaining delinquency rates below 2%.
- Address resident concerns promptly and implement strategies to improve overall resident experience.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems, with Entrata being preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with residents and team members.
