Job Summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented CDL Class A Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and providing services to customers on designated routes in your community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and deliver laundry and/or uniforms to customer's place of business
  • Collect or pick up rejected or unsold laundry and/or uniforms, load/unload truck
  • Develop and maintain customer goodwill by providing assistance, demonstrating interest, and practicing courtesy
  • Conduct business in a professional manner to minimize or eliminate customer complaints
  • Listen to and resolve service complaints, maintain inventory, and follow company policies
  • Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer invoices
  • Clean inside of the truck, perform routine maintenance, and attend training and service department meetings
Requirements
  • Must have sales and customer service experience
  • Must have a clean driver's license
  • Must be able to drive a 26' bobtail truck
  • Must be comfortable loading/unloading your own truck with up to 50 LBS bags of linen daily
  • Must pass drug tests and clinic physical
