Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Early Autism Services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, child-centered ABA therapy to children with autism.

About the Role

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing data-driven treatment approaches.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and outcome assessments to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

  • A Master's level degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism and 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Prior experience as a BCBA is highly preferred.
