Home Health Performance Improvement Manager

This is a remote or on-site position, with a mix of office and field work in the Pittsburgh, PA, Morgantown, WV, and Ohio border areas.
Candidates will reside around the Pittsburgh, PA or Morgantown, WV areas.

- Coordinate the development, monitoring, and management of the Performance Improvement Program (PIP) of the offices
- Advise offices on Performance Improvement Plans
- Provide education and guidance to offices on clinical, compliance, and performance improvement issues
- Assist offices to achieve performance improvement objectives utilizing benchmarking data
- Leadership and Motivation: Demonstrate company core values through actions and words
- Present a professional appearance with a positive can-do attitude and empathetic approach
- Create an environment conducive to employees achieving professional goals through training and educational resources
- Maintain accountability for one's actions
- Establish quarterly goals and strive to accomplish each goal
- Communicate in a positive, professional, and respectful manner, verbally and nonverbally
- Maintain open communication with administrators/managers and clinical leaders of the offices
- Collaborate with Corporate Clinical Services Team to identify company-wide areas for improvement and educational needs
- Advise assigned offices on Performance Improvement projects
- Review prior to submission to Governing Body
- Ensure plans are followed and quarterly updates occur
- Provide oversight of the QAPI program for assigned offices
- Collect and analyze outcome data to develop education and guide assigned office's Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
- Participate in onboarding program for new clinical managers
- Utilize a collaborative approach when interacting with office staff
- Registered Nurse with a license in good standing in at least one state in the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three years of experience as a nurse and one year of experience in home health preferred
- One year of experience with and/or knowledge of performance improvement activities is preferred
