We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week contract position in Mount Carmel, OH. This opportunity offers multiple shifts, providing flexibility and an excellent chance to work in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will perform a variety of CT procedures utilizing Canon CT Rad X-ray equipment. Key responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, obtaining informed consent, gathering accurate clinical history, reviewing patient history and determining appropriate CT protocols, explaining examination methods, positioning patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during procedures, ensuring the quality of CT images and coordinating the preparation of images/exams for physician review, documenting and communicating patient-related information thoroughly and accurately, monitoring CT equipment performance, reporting issues, and performing necessary maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed as a Radiographer by the state of Ohio.
  • ARRT certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting.
  • Experience with Canon CT Rad X-ray equipment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of CT and X-ray safety protocols.
  • Excellent technical skills in operating CT and X-ray equipment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel to and from the workplace.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with Joint Commission standards.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
