Job Title: Material Handler

As a Material Handler at Rust-Oleum, you will play a crucial role in our plant's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to pick orders from the warehouse floor and ensure they are accurately placed on the correct pallet. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

To excel in this role, you must be physically capable of lifting packages of 50 pounds repeatedly and prioritize safety at all times. You will be a key member of our team, relied upon to ensure our orders are accurate before they are shipped to our customers.

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of related experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to work above-average overtime and flexible hours
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Aptitude with SAP/WMS System and ISO-9001 requirements
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous shipping/traffic and material handling experience
* Knowledge or experience in the paint/chemical industry
