Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative cloud-based solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure cloud-based systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of cloud-based solutions using a range of technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based systems that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and Ansible.
  • Experience with cloud-based security and compliance frameworks.
