Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Physician to join our team. This role involves providing essential dental care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outpatient services to a diverse patient population.
  • Work Monday through Friday, managing approximately 50 patients daily, including both children and adults.
  • Maintain thorough documentation with chart closure required within 72 hours.
Requirements
  • Must possess an active California medical license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
  • Active DEA registration is required prior to commencement.
Credentialing Process

The credentialing process typically takes between 30 to 60 days. It is essential to submit all applications and documents promptly to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.

Immunization Requirements

Prior to starting, the following immunizations must be verified:

  • Flu Vaccine
  • TB Status/X-Ray Results (must be within 90 days of start)
  • Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series
  • Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series
  • Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series
  • Tdap Immunization (within the last 10 years)
