We are seeking highly qualified Speech Language Pathologists to join our team at Aequor Technologies. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary staff to provide high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include evaluating and assessing speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services.
Requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric setting. Strong knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders, particularly in the elderly population. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Estimated Gross Pay: $1937 per week.
