About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide support to students with behavioral challenges in a school setting within Mojave Unified School District.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with educators and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for student success
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
  • Support students in developing essential life skills and independence
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (Associates degree or equivalent experience considered)
  • At least two years of experience working with students with behavior challenges in a school setting
  • Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification with current registration and annual renewal
  • CPR and CPI certification
  • Valid California driver's license
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $62,500 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package reflects the district's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
