Job Summary:

As a Starbucks Lead at Market District, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of Baristas and ensure that they provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of Baristas to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail or food service environment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
