Position Overview
Dignity Health is seeking dedicated Family Medicine Physicians to join our esteemed faculty team within a well-established Family Medicine Residency program. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Family Medicine while maintaining a clinical practice.
About the Role
This is a prestigious "Core Faculty" position where qualified physicians will mentor residents while managing their own outpatient clinic for 1-2 half days each week.

Qualifications Required
- Must be Board eligible or Board certified within one year
- Possession of a valid CA Medical License or eligibility for one
- Current BLS certification is mandatory
- A passion for Family Medicine education is essential
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary starting at $258,000 and commensurate with experience and responsibilities. Additional opportunities for quality and productivity bonuses, along with a Core faculty stipend.
