Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to address speech, language, and communication disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Experience working with individuals with communication disorders, including children and adults.
