Job Title: Registered Nurse / Med/Surg

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at an Outpatient Clinic in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic care to patients requiring acute medical or surgical interventions
  • Assess and care for patients with a wide range of physical and psychological diagnoses and treatment modalities
  • Insert and maintain peripheral lines, and administer medications and blood products as needed
  • Verify physician orders and document care accurately
  • Perform phlebotomy and bedside testing, and provide psychological support to patients as indicated
  • May be required to work with COVID-19-positive patients and Patients Under Investigation (PUI)
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years current experience in an acute care, medical/surgical unit in an urban, academic Medical Center setting
  • Unrestricted registered nurse license from any state (United States)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or in a related field, or a master's degree in Nursing or in a related field is highly preferred
