Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Mayo Clinic is seeking highly skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our Emergency Medicine team in Minnesota. As a leading healthcare provider, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow your career and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including ordering diagnostic tests and prescribing medications
- Perform a variety of procedures, including laceration repair, I&D, lumbar puncture, intubation, and fracture reductions
- Work in a fast-paced emergency medicine setting, providing 24/7 coverage alongside physician colleagues
- Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program (for NPs) or accredited Physician Assistant program (for PAs)
- Current Minnesota RN and APRN license and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Emergency Nurse Practitioner (for NPs) or PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice (for PAs)
- Registration with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) is required
