We are seeking a skilled and board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon to provide expert medical opinions for Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) in a flexible and autonomous capacity.
This role offers the opportunity to work with Dane Street, LLC, a reputable organization, and to utilize your expertise in a variety of cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Record Review: Thoroughly review and analyze patient medical documents related to orthopedic conditions to provide accurate and comprehensive medical opinions.
- Physical Examinations: Conduct in-person evaluations of patients with orthopedic issues to gather relevant information and provide expert opinions.
- Clinical Question Response: Respond to clinical queries from insurance carriers regarding orthopedic matters, providing clear and concise medical opinions.
- Report Preparation: Deliver detailed IME reports within an expected turnaround time of 5 days, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
