  • Comprehensive Supervision: Provide one-on-one supervision to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Documentation: Accurately document daily client notes and monthly reports in our company software.
  • Training and Development: Participate in mandatory company-wide training sessions and achieve a minimum of 12 hours of training per year.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as instrumental activities of daily living, such as shopping and appointments.
  • Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments and errands, using reliable transportation and maintaining a clean and safe vehicle.
  • Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with clients, families, and management, reporting any concerns or incidents in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Current and active driver's license, ability to obtain company-sponsored CPR/First Aid Certification, and a positive attitude.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking, ability to carry bundles upstairs weighing up to 10 pounds, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
