Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional speech therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Speech Therapy Services: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with School Staff: Work effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
  • Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Identify and address communication disorders through thorough assessments and evaluations.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Record and maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications
  • Valid California SLP License: Possess a valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Experience in a School Setting: Preferably, have experience working in a school setting, although not required.
