Key Responsibilities

As a Transaction Environmental Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc.'s success by providing expert environmental due diligence services to corporate clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing Phase I and II ESA assessments, ensuring compliance with ASTM E1527 standards.
  • Performing fieldwork and sampling activities, and creating comprehensive reports that meet high-quality standards.
  • Collaborating with financial and legal professionals to provide consulting advice and support project delivery.

Successful candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2-4 years of experience in environmental due diligence projects, and solid knowledge of E1527 and business transaction concepts.

Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain flexibility to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure. Estimated Salary: $78,000 - $90,000 per year.
