About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Keene, NH. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. You will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical function and developing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical function and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapies
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Current licensure in New Hampshire (Compact Allowed)
  • Womens Health Certification
  • EPIC and Expro experience preferred
  • BLS (AHA) certification required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: This is a highly competitive position with a salary range of $112,896 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
