Front Desk OperationsProvide exceptional customer service at the front desk, handling phone calls, responding to client inquiries, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Studio Tours and IntroductionsOffer guided tours of the studio, introducing clients to our facilities and equipment, and providing a comprehensive overview of our services.
Working with TrainersCollaborate with our trainers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for new clients, providing support and guidance as needed.
Sales and MarketingIdentify opportunities to promote our services to clients, using your knowledge of our offerings to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
Client Support and RetentionProvide exceptional support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and working to retain their loyalty and satisfaction.
Studio Maintenance and OrganizationEnsure the studio is maintained in a clean and organized state, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements- Passion for Fitness
A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
Excellent Communication SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Team PlayerA collaborative and supportive team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve our studio's goals.
Flexibility and AvailabilityAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
