Job Responsibilities

As a Wellness Nurse - LPN, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment that prioritizes resident care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in creating an optimal living environment for residents
  • Monitoring and assessing residents' health and wellbeing, administering treatment plans as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborating with providers and pharmacies to ensure seamless care continuity
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the resident care coordinator or executive director

Please note that an LPN or LVN license is required per state regulations.

Salary Information

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $65,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience.
