Program Supervisor RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a critical role in facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and overseeing a team of Caregivers who support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate the implementation of ISPs and participate in administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
- Supervise a team of Caregivers and provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure that individuals receive high-quality, person-centered services.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year related work experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
