Job Summary

Job Specific Duties
- Utilizes knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions and treatment.
- Engages in continuous self-education through various professional development activities.
- Coordinates and delivers educational sessions to meet the developmental needs of staff and residents.
- Oversees follow-up of tests, lab studies, and patient follow-up communications.
- Provides direct clinical services to patients, including comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and patient education.
- Contributes suggestions for departmental improvements to enhance patient care.
- Participates in performance improvement initiatives, research, and publication efforts.
- Serves as a mentor and educator for medical students and residents.
- Participates in the on-call schedule as required.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited medical school.
- Current state medical license in good standing.
- American Heart Association BLS certification maintained throughout employment.
