Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Boca Raton Integrated Medicine Llc.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a related field and be able to handle a physical workload. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong leadership qualities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires developing and implementing physical therapy programs to improve patient quality of life. The successful candidate will work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery and evaluate the effects of therapy treatment.

The job involves record-keeping and documenting patient care services, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs: Create personalized therapy plans to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.
  • Work directly with patients: Build rapport with patients, understand their needs, and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
  • Evaluate treatment effects: Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to therapy plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Record and document patient care: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Work together with nurses, doctors, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a physical therapy setting is preferred.
  • Physical stamina: Be able to lift patients, stand for long periods, and move equipment as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients and families.
  • Leadership qualities: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including decision-making, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $ $75,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
