Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technician to join our team at Jushi. As a key member of our cultivation department, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of plant growth and maintenance, ensuring the highest quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily cultivation operations, including plant work, seed-to-sale tracking, and general cleaning.
  • Perform weekly tasks such as spot cleaning, flipping flower blocks, and consolidating vegetative trays.
  • Participate in monthly responsibilities like harvesting, big leafing, and applying predatory insects.
  • Follow all applicable operational guidelines, comply with verbal directives, and practice safety, security, and sanitation protocols.
  • Understand and follow Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines throughout the facility.
Requirements
  • Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, Plant Biology, or related field, or a minimum of 2 years of experience cultivating plants.
  • Must pass background and drug screening.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills and metric measurement knowledge.
