Job Title: Hotline TherapistLa Frontera Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Hotline Therapist to join our team. As a Hotline Therapist, you will provide crisis phone interventions to military veterans, service members, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess clinical situations and provide safe and effective interventions to callers.
- Complete clinical documentation thoroughly and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external clients/customers.
- Monitor call-in times for clients placed on a 72-Hour Suicide Watch or Safety Follow-Up.
- A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a directly related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
- Crisis Experience preferred.
