We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the St Louis Region. As a Flex Float LPN, you'll have the opportunity to work in various Mercy Hospital facilities, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional
• Float between designated Mercy Hospital facilities, including Mercy- St Louis, Mercy Jefferson- Festus, and others
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Perform duties in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards

Requirements:

• Current LPN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in a specialty-specific role
• BLS certification and IV-certification required
