POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary responsibility of this role is to:

assess the needs of residents, create personalized care plans, deliver nursing care, evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and oversee nursing assistants and other staff in the provision of care.

This oversight must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, as directed by the Director of Nursing Services or their designee, to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently maintained.

Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols while upholding established standards of practice as defined by the facility's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Must possess a valid CPR certification.
- Proficient communication skills in English, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to execute both verbal and written directives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff in fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Competence in observing proper safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours based on the demands of the position.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience:
Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
Full-Time Positions Available

Shifts Required: 7 PM - 7 AM
