Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting our pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of prescription dispensing, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

• Assist pharmacists in the performance of pharmacy duties, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, and the maintenance of accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with other pharmacy team members to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
