Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Assurance Technology Corporation (ATC). As a key member of the logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of materials to worldwide locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of logistics operations, including gathering facts and developing solutions to complex logistical issues.
  • Drafting and processing purchase requests for delivery to vendors and ensuring timely payment.
  • Receiving and recording logistic support tasks for multiple projects, coordinating pick-up and delivery of materials, and tracking shipment status worldwide.
  • Maintaining an inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Performing physical and manual tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, operating a pallet jack, packaging items, and preparing pallets for shipping.
  • Frequent travel to alternate locations within the National Capital Region as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in logistics, with a focus on worldwide shipment of materials, including DOD shipping and protocols.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred).
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A U.S. citizen with a current TS/SCI Security Clearance, able to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
