We are looking for positive, motivated individuals to join our team at ACLD. As a Support Professional, you will help people supported achieve/exceed their personal goals. You will provide structure and emotional support, assist with personal hygiene needs, and resolve behavioral issues.

In this position, you will also transport people supported to and from medical appointments and recreation activities using Agency vehicles. To be successful, you will need a clean, valid NYS Driver's license and a High School diploma or equivalent.

ACLD offers multiple locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties, with day, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts available, including weekend-only shifts. Salary range $18-$20 per hour.
