Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs and other medical documentation.
- Support clients with special needs, such as individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Training will be provided.
