Job Title: Administrative Service Specialist

The Administrative Service Specialist role at Stellartech Research Corporation offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position requires a high level of administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Closing service records and maintaining/updating service and complaints in Virje.
  2. Preparing service records and complaint records.
  3. Filing all service record and complaint record documentation.
  4. Preparing customer document packages for service/complaint records and mailing as required.
  5. Decontaminating service devices.
  6. Providing quotes and monthly summary reports to customers.
  7. Assisting in managing DHR Scanning process.
  8. Providing weekly service turnaround reports.
  9. Providing semi-annual reports on revenue/repairs for management review.

Requirements:

A High School degree or equivalent is required, along with at least 2-4 years of administrative experience.


Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
