Optometric Assistant

We are seeking a charismatic Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant to join our team at Visionworks. As the face of our Exam Practice, you will be dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient.

This role is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate patient records, introducing patients to the OD, and providing them with important information. You will also transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor and provide associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.

In addition, you will execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs.

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
