Job Title: Bartender - Thirsty Lion

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Thirsty Lion, a dynamic restaurant and entertainment company. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Follow company accounting policies and procedures regarding cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.
Requirements:
  • Able to obtain a valid food service permit.
  • Able to obtain a valid alcohol service permit.
  • Consistently arrives to work as scheduled, prepared to assume shift responsibilities.
  • Consistently arrives to work well groomed and in proper uniform.
  • Prepares section so that it is ready at scheduled time.
Working Conditions and Environment:
  • Must be able to work a variety of scheduled shifts, based on the needs and volume of the operation.
  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrates good time management skills and multitasking skills.
