Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant/Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team in a PRN capacity. As a PRN CNA/LNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the provision of resident care by performing non-licensed nursing duties under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospital or long term care preferred.
- Currently certified/licensed by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Must be willing to become a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) within the first 180-days of employment.
- Must obtain and maintain a current Healthcare Provider/BLS CPR card within 90 days of employment.
- Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
