Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in our shop and roadside service. You will also be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
- Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
- Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in close quarters.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
- Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
