  • Job Role: This position involves working in an inpatient pharmacy, focusing on both inpatient and outpatient services, including IV administration and chemotherapy.
  • Work Schedule: A commitment of 40 hours per week is expected, with shifts from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM.
  • Patient Care: Manage an inpatient census typically ranging from 30 to 40 patients across various departments such as Med/Surg, OB/GYN, ICU, and outpatient oncology.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an inpatient hospital environment is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic charting is essential.
  • Personal Attributes: Candidates should demonstrate resilience, adaptability to change, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required.
Additional Information
  • Weekend and Holiday Requirements: The pharmacist will work every fifth weekend, with no holiday shifts.
  • Unit Specific Skills: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a central pharmacy environment, including verifying orders and supervising technician activities.
  • Dress Code: Business casual attire is expected, with no lab coats required.
