Job Summary: We are seeking Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide services to PACE participants in adult day programming and in the home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide care and compassion to PACE participants
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant Program
* Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA)
* Current CPR certification
* Previous patient care experience preferred
