Job Description

At GPM Investments LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Process customer transactions, including returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
