Job Description

At ADM, we are seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team in Winter Haven, FL.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the blending, filtering, and packaging of final and intermediary products. The successful candidate will have experience in liquid and dry ingredients blending/mixing and be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions on provided Work Orders, blend tickets, and wash tickets.
  • Weighing of ingredients and sampling products.
  • Handling of liquid and dry ingredients.
  • Operation of liquid pumps and packaging into various container sizes.
  • Minor GC analysis for certain washes.
  • Inventory management via paper transfer forms.
  • Communication with the Formulations team and management.
  • Forklift Operation.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in an 80% ambient and 20% air-conditioned office environment with moderate periods of standing.

Requirements:

  • GED-HS Diploma Required.
  • Simple Mathematics understanding Required.
  • 1+ year experience in liquid and dry ingredients blending/mixing.
